foosfreek![]() ![]() since: Mar 25, 2007 from: MN BRRRRRR | Hi I am evaluating this tool for a client project. How or Can I remove null Fields from the report or view. In the SQL 2005 table the record has null fields in one record and not in another, I need to omit the empty fields from showing up in the report and taking up paper? I would also like to provide bulleted reports. Is there code for this?

foosfreek![]() ![]() since: Mar 25, 2007 from: MN BRRRRRR | Here is an example of what I am looking for. the following report is created ID 51 Operator Developing Program Notes Form Area 123 Description of Bug or problem Please select Report new problem Suggestion Data is entered Developer Comment Username Access Level Is Active ID 55 Operator Person Name Form Area med error report Description of Bug or problem there should be a spot for staff reporting the error, as this is usually going to be different from the staff that made the error. Also there needs to be a way for the nurse to look up the errors and put in her follow up. Suggestion Developer Comment Username Access Level Is Active notice that "suggestion" in the first record is not null and that the second record "suggestion" is null. I do not want to see the feild description on the second record in the report, or for all the feilds for that matter. I tried to use the is null filter, dosen't seem to do what i want it it affects the entire report record
