When downloading the latest reportwiz_msi (2.0.157) when reparing an older version I get an error of "Can't Read reportwiz_msi"

I uninstalled, rebooted, installed fresh. Then it doesn't work at all. Then repaired installation. Then it worked OK.

This is a windows installer error. I think it happens because windows installer is looking for the original report_wiz.msi that was used to install the report wizard.
