I already sent this in an email as well.
When selecting fields that begin with the same character string the Column Caption(s) for both are the same.
Real Example Follows
Selected the fields Exception_Code, Review_Type, Review_Status, Name, DeptID, Dept_Descr, JobCodeGeneric, JobCode, JobTitle to be included in report.
This is also the sequence that the fields occur in the table.
There are other fields between some of them but JobCodeGeneric, and JobCode are together and in that order.
The Column Caption values for both JobCodeGeneric and JobCode are both JobCodeGeneric.
